Private Session

A Private Session begins with you resting comfortably on a massage table remaining fully clothed. For an hour I work with you by laying my hands over the energy centers in your body. The hands transmit Reiki energy helping to release any blockages or remove any distortions. This allows the natural life energy (ki) to flow freely within the body creating balance and harmony. Also during a private session my intuition guides me to work and incorporate the many tools that I have learned. Not only do I work with the Reiki energies but also shamanic healing techniques, John of God crystal therapy, dream work, and meditation.

All private sessions are by appointment only. My hours for private appointments are very flexible, daytime, evenings and weekends. I work with you to determine the best dates and times.

REIKI is a Japanese healing modality which taps into the “universal life energy” and provides balance, healing, love, strength, insight, and much more. Reiki gently transmits energy through the hands assisting the body to heal and bringing balance to the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. A wonderful tool for the mind, body and soul. The many benefits are reducing stress, relaxing, releasing anxiety, and a new found sense of self.

Animals love Reiki too! Reiki for animals is a gentle non-invasive healing method to help many issues. Like people, Reiki can help animals relieve stress, fear and anxiety which promotes healing.

John of God Crystal Therapy

John of God is a world renowned healer. His healing center Casa Dom Inacio is located in beautiful central Brazil. I have been blessed with meeting him several times over the past six years. On one of the trips I was given permission to bring back a Crystal Therapy unit to use with my Reiki practice.

The Crystal Therapy is a unit comprised of specially cut and lighted quartz crystals. The unit suspends the crystals about 12” from the energy chakra centers in the body. Each crystal gently stimulates the chakras with light and color in an alternating pattern. The benefits of receiving Crystal Therapy are many: harmonizes the Chakras and subtle energy bodies, promotes self healing for body, mind and spirit, stimulates connection to our spiritual lives.

Shamanic Healing is possibility the oldest form of spiritual healing. The use of a drum to reach an altered state of conscious and work within non-ordinary reality is the foundation of shamanic work. In this world the shamanic practitioner communicates and works with spirit to facilitate the healing of the client
