Monthly Circles

I offer two monthly circles at my home in Easton. The circles are a wonderful way to spend an evening with others traveling the path to peace. I find a group setting intensifies the healing energies and sacred space. As we gather, we connect to each other and as we work together we connect with the universe, creating sacred space for healing, insight and community. Everyone is invited to join us. Reiki practitioners looking to share and practice the gift of healing or those that just need to receive and experience energy healing. I feel we all have the ability to send healing energy, which really is love. So for those that are not trained in a healing modality sending love is a wonderful way to send healing. The fee is a donation, whatever you feel comfortable giving.

*Reiki Circle* is every first Friday of the month. It is an evening of sharing Reiki and healing. All are welcome to lay their hands on the person in the middle receiving Reiki (of course with their permission). Many times you might have four pairs of hands working on you and for those that are sitting as part of the circle, they sit in meditation sending love to the person in the middle. *Reiki Drumming Circle* is every third Friday of the month. It is an evening of integrating sound with Reiki. The body, mind and spirit love sound, especially drumming. Drumming is a way to connect to the heart beat of mother earth. During this circle you sit in the middle and I drum over you with the intent of Reiki travelling through the sound and vibration of the drum. Everyone else sits creating the circle rattling or drumming sending healing through the sound and vibration of their instrument. See calendar for circle dates

	The format of the circles: Create the sacred circle with our intent of healing. We each take a turn speaking our intent by saying silently or out loud who we include in our circle. Personal situations that need healing, or world events that need healing are also include in our intentions. As a group we recite prayers, each picking a prayer from a prayer book that contains a collection of various denominations. Guided meditation or shamanic journey: For the Reiki circle I lead everyone on a guided meditation to release the stress of the week. For the Drumming Circle I use the drum and lead everyone on a guided Shamanic journey. Receive Healing: For the Reiki Circle, Everyone take sa turn laying in the middle of the circle receiving Reiki from me and others in the circle. For the Drumming Circle, Everyone takes a tune sitting in the middle as I drum over them and everyone in the circle is drumming or rattling. Close the circle by giving thanks.
